Welcome
to Danny Boy's web site. Most people don't know that "Danny Boy" the
song, was the first tune played by the organist at Elvis' funeral.
(Elvis My Brother by Billy Stanley - 1989)
Check miraculous photo of " Elvis in
Spirit " below on this web site or at " Elvis
in Spirit " / miraculous photos to learn more about Elvis' fascinating
return in spirit which is an event he always claimed to be capable
of. We have sent copies of this photo to Graceland and it is in their
files.
As to Danny's accomplishments, he has earned the right to be acknowledged
as an International Recording Artist as his music has been released
all over the world and he has recorded in American and Canadian Studios.
Today Danny Boy has been acknowledged by worldwide " Aelita Musical
Enterprises Co.'s Jack Neihausen, " Simply Entertainment's " producer
Joseph Callura, " Solid Gold Show's " management, Memphis, " Elvis
Now and Then " producer Happy Johnson, " Country Music Spotlight International
" Jacksonville Beach, Florida, " Dundas Review " Editor Martha Jette,
" Three Dog Night " bassist Joe Schermie, " Stardust Records " producer
and owner Colonel Buster Doss, as " THE BEST."
We all understand that opinions are subjective, political, and therefore
often quite biased. In this situation there is a reason " why " Elvis
hitched his star to Danny. George Klein asked Danny at Alfred's on
Beale St. Memphis, Nov. 25, 1995 "why would Elvis return in spirit
with you, instead of inner circle members like myself ? " We suggest
you listen to " the magic " of Danny Boy's voice and come to your
own conclusions. We have chosen four gospel tunes for examples as
it was most important to Elvis to be remembered for his gospel performances.
Danny Boy is available for live performances. He sings all of Elvis'
styles. 50's, 60's, 70's, Christmas songs, and Elvis Gospel. He performs
his original album tunes, and 3 other impersonations:

NEIL
DIAMOND |
MARTY
ROBBINS |

Danny
had a No. 1 double sided hit release in 1971 with the 10 piece band,
" Young." In 1991 Danny recorded his first new country album in Los
Angeles with Three Dog Night bassist Joe Schermie, drummer Floyd Sneed
and vocalist Chuck Negron.
Late July of 1992 Danny was recording his second album in Nashville
Tn., when he met Cliff Gleaves who lived with Elvis on Audabon Dr.
and was the first person to move into Graceland with Elvis. ( Joe
Esposito makes several mentions of
Cliff
in his book " Good Rockin Tonight " 1994 ) Cliff heard Danny's voice
and was most impressed with the song " The Greatest Love Story Ever
Told," a song which Elvis intended to record just before he died in
77. Cliff invited Danny to join him in Memphis and meet Elvis' inner
circle. The invitation was accepted with the belief that divine intervention
had a will of it's own. In 1993 Danny's song " The Greatest Love Story
Ever Told " was nominated as song of the year by Airplay International
in Nashville.
You should begin to notice
a sequence of events which are leading up to " Elvis' return in spirit."
If your a big
Elvis
fan you will know George Klein. George interviewed Danny, Cliff, and
songwriter Lucky Linder for 7 days straight on WHBQ radio's remote
from Graceland. They talked about the song's history and played it
every day. In 1994 Danny completed his 3rd new country album with
legendary Colonel Buster Doss of Stardust Records, Nashville. The
Colonel believed that no one had more of what it takes to succeed
in the music business than Danny. Ten songs were released independently
all over the world. Disc jockeys and record exec.'s thought Danny
sounded too much like Elvis. Three years later Danny would begin to
perform Elvis tribute shows.
